- Make sure toilets are flushing properly! Do you need to jiggle the handle to make sure your toilet doesn’t keep running water? You should invest in replacing worn tank parts; it will lower your water bill and save your money!
- Replace a water heater that is more than 15 years old. Newer water heaters are more energy efficient and will save you money. If you look at the first our numbers of your water heaters’ serial number, you will know how old it is.
